Butterball - Yellow skin and flesh, round to oval and buttery
Russian Banana - Long and thin, Yellow flesh, high yields
French Fingerling - Red skin with yellow pink flesh
All Blue - Deep Purple Skin with purple flesh

Later Summer to Fall variety

Homegrown potatoes are fresher, more flavorful, and healthier for you. A small number of seed potatoes will yield a few buckets of potatoes ready to eat and enjoy and can be stored throughout the winter months.
